A Change of Brand is Matchstic's podcast telling the behind-the-scenes stories of rebrand glory, drama, or disaster.
For season 5, host (and co-founder) Blake Howard wanted a fresh approach to podcast promo. As a long-time fan of the pod, I excitedly shared tons of ideas, and I was enlisted to create the most plausible one: short-form teasers.
By the end of the season, A Change of Brand garnered 300K+ views—a huge spike compared to the average season's 60K views. We also more than doubled its following, growing from 6K IG followers to 13K.

Episode Teasers
I edited 10 short-form vertical teaser videos for each of the 10 episodes in the season. Each teaser aimed to drive episode downloads and awareness.
Uncut Interviews
After the success of the above teasers, listeners wanted full guest interviews. The pod asked me to edit 5 of their top-performing episodes into long-form YouTube videos with hooks and graphics to support the conversations.
