Personal Project

In 2020, I resolved to grow as a designer as much as I possibly could in a year. A mentor told me, “To create great art, you must consume great art.” So I created an Instagram account to only follow artists who inspire me. And after a friend shared with me Kanye’s “quantity over quality” mindset in his come-up, I decided to design an Instagram post every single day for the whole year.

The resulting work (some of which is shown below) is the most experimental and expressive work in my entire portfolio—after all, one of my goals was to become a more versatile designer.
